During the festival, selected March and April weekends will be devoted to another region of Poland. During dinner you will taste both fish specialties from the Baltic Sea and dishes that are associated with completely different corners of the country. Thanks to this, you do not have to go to the mountains to taste real sourdough, or go to Silesia to enjoy roulade with dumplings and modra cabbage.
