As one of the dog-friendly hotels, we have prepared special amenities for our pet guests during their stay that allow a comfortable rest:
- in the room there is an additional pet towel, a mat and a water bowl
- contact list for veterinarians is available at the hotel reception
Regulation
Conditions of admission
1. The basic condition for taking an animal under our roof is to report the arrival of a guest with an animal at the time of booking. This is a necessity resulting from the limited number of rooms intended for the stay of animals.
2. Please note that only pets are allowed in the hotel. In particular, the hotel has the right to refuse animals generally considered dangerous or aggressive, including: reptiles, arachnids and dogs of the breed: American pit bull terrier, Mallorca dog, American bulldog, Argentine dog, Canary dog, Tosa, Rottweiler, Akbash dog, Anatolian carabash, Moscow watchdog, Caucasian Shepherd (Regulation of the Minister Internal Affairs and Administration of 28 April 2003 on the list of dog breeds considered aggressive).
3. Not prejudiced about accompanying pets, we may not provide a spare room and do not consent to the stay of the pet.
4. In the absence of a declaration of stay with a pet, the owner may refuse accommodation and return the advance payment.
5. The stay of the animal is conditioned by having its health book with current vaccinations and deworming certification.
6. For the safety of our guests and other animals in the hotel, we also do not accept breeds considered aggressive or aggressive animals towards other animals or humans.
7. Taking care of safety, the animal should have leash, collar, muzzle, cage- depending on the animal species.
8. Pets are allowed in the hotel in designated areas, but in particular it is forbidden to bring pets to the pool, restaurant, playroom and playground.
Fee
1. The fee for the stay of an animal is 100 PLN per day.
Noise and interference
1. Animals staying on the premises are not permitted to disturb other guests staying on the premises. Please make sure that your pet does not make noise especially at night.
2. In case of repeated complaints from other Guests, we reserve the right to remove the animal from the property at the expense of its owner.
3. In the event that the employees of the Hotel have reasonable suspicions that the animal left in the room interferes with the stay of other guests, destroys the property of the Hotel, or may cause a situation of danger to themselves or other guests, the Management of the Hotel will try to contact the owner in order to resolve the problem. When contact is impossible, the Hotel reserves the right to enter the guest's room also with possible assistance from the appropriate services and remove the animal from the Hotel. All costs arising from the above activities are covered by the owner of the animal.
Hygiene and cleanliness
1. The owner of the pet is responsible for cleanliness after it - in the room, public areas, as well as in the territory surrounding the hotel. Please clean up after your pet.
2. Please do not allow dogs on beds and couches.
3. Pets can use the designated spaces in the middle of the hotel as well as outside.
4. Dog owners are obliged to clean up impurities left by dogs on the premises and in the surroundings of the hotel.
5. Cat owners must have a sand litter box and empty it into a plastic bag, which they will then discard in the container indicated by the hotel employee.
6. Cleaning of the room in which the animal is staying is carried out only during the presence of the owner. Please contact the Reception to arrange cleaning hours.
Responsibility
1. The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage and pollution caused by his pet and is obliged to cover the costs of any damage.
2. All damage to the property of the hotel or property of other guests caused by pets will be valued by the Hotel Management and their costs will be charged to the owners of the animals.
3. The pet must be under supervision throughout the stay at the hotel.
4. Dogs must be led on a leash and muzzle, under the care of the owner or authorized person.
