GENERAL PART
1. The swimming pool is located in the “LIDIA” SPA & Wellness Hotel in Darłowo at Dorszowa Street 3.
2. The pool is open daily from 9.00 to 22.00.
3. Before entering the pool hall and starting using its facilities, please read these rules and instructions for use of pool attractions and follow them during your stay in the pool hall.
4. Persons violating the order or provisions of these regulations shall be removed from the property without the right to refund previously paid fees.
5. All persons located on the premises are obliged to comply with the announced communications without delay.
6. The property is prohibited:
- smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages or other narcotic drugs,
- bringing sharp tools and dangerous objects. eating food items throughout the complex,
- the introduction and residence of animals,
- admission of people whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or other narcotic drugs.
7. In the case of organized groups, the group supervisor is responsible for the effects of participants' behaviour.
8. All devices made available to the customers of the Pool have the required approvals and ensure their safe use, subject to compliance with the regulations.
9. The pool facility is monitored continuously.
RULES FOR USING THE POOL HALL
1. Before entering the pool hall, users are obliged to change footwear to clean pool shoes in the lobby of the Pool and leave the outerwear there along with outdoor footwear.
2. Devices that may be damaged (cells, watches, etc.) and elements with sharp edges that may pose a hazard (jewellery) should be left in the changing room.
3. Beach shoes should be left in the locker room area.
Before entering the pool hall, everyone is obliged to take a shower with washing agents.
5. It is forbidden to use cosmetics in glass packaging.
6. Swimwear is mandatory in the pool hall.
7. After leaving the toilet, you should wash yourself again in the shower.
8. Children under 15 years of age who are not guests of Hotel Lidia can use the swimming pool only under the supervision of adults.
9. The swimming pool must not be used by persons intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicants and persons whose medical condition may pose a threat to them or to others in the pool, e.g.:
- patients with upper respiratory tract (runny nose, cough, etc.),
- with skin diseases (ringworm, eczema, lichen, etc.) and not healed wounds,
- with diseases of the excretory system,
- having difficulty breathing,
- suffering from imbalances, epilepsy, infectious diseases,
- with cardiovascular insufficiency, allergic to disinfectants.
10. The management of the Pool and the service shall have the right to check the sobriety of persons entering or staying on the premises. Refusal to submit to the test will result in expulsion from the Pool.
11. Children under 3 years can use the Pool only in special diaper panties.
12. Persons in poor health, fitness or well-being, as well as pregnant women, should use the Pool and its facilities with extreme caution in accordance with their state of health. The swimming pool is not responsible for the health effects caused by the use of the pool by these persons.
13. Any cuts, injuries and perceived dangers and irregularities should be reported to the rescuer immediately.
14. Those who do not know how to swim may only use the designated zones for non-swimmers.
15. Organized groups must have at least one supervisor per 15 participants, who is responsible for their wards throughout their stay in the Pool.
16. The supervisor of the group after entering the pool hall is obliged to contact the lifeguard in order to determine the rules of bathing.
17. Classes can only be held in the presence of rescuers.
18. Group classes are held according to a strictly defined schedule.
19. The users of the Pool must not create situations that threaten the safety of persons staying there.
20. In the pool hall it is strictly forbidden to:
- running,
- jumps into the water,
- eating food and chewing gum,
- initiating false positives,
- leaving young children unattended,
- using large floating equipment - inflatables, mattresses or other inflatable large toys for swimming.
21. In case of danger, the rescuer may order bathers to immediately exit the water.
22. Everyone located in the pool halls must comply with the orders of lifeguards on duty.
23. After leaving the pool, a 20-30 minute rest is recommended.
RESPONSIBILITY
1. For the destruction of elements of the equipment of the object, as well as the destruction, damage or loss of items transferred for use, payment in full amount of the damage is applicable.
2. The pool is not responsible for items, in particular valuable, left or lost on the premises and lost as a result of theft.
3. The pool is not responsible for damage to swimwear on the pool hall.
4. Parents or guardians are responsible for damages caused by minors.
5. The swimming pool is not responsible for accidents caused by non-compliance with these regulations, instructions for the use of water attractions and instructions for operation.
6. Ignorance of the regulations and instructions for the use of the sauna, jacuzzi does not exempt from liability for improper use of the pool and its facilities, and the Swimming Pool is not liable for adverse effects.
7. Entrance to the Pool is tantamount to familiarizing yourself and observing the provisions contained in the regulations.
