The program will be complemented by wine tastings, during which participants will discover the diversity of grape varieties, aromas, and winemaking traditions. 16–18 October 2026 | Autumn Mushroom Foraging

Autumn is in full swing, bringing the scent of the forest. During this weekend, we will discover the richness of Polish mushrooms in a unique culinary setting. The menu will feature aromatic soups, sauces, risottos, dumplings, and main courses based on porcini mushrooms, bay boletes, chanterelles, and other autumn treasures. This is an ideal offer for lovers of nature, seasonal flavors, and traditional cuisine with a modern twist.

23–25 October 2026 | Pumpkin in 100 Ways

The queen of autumn takes center stage in the kitchen. During this weekend, we will discover the extraordinary variety of pumpkin flavors – from creamy soups and ravioli to oriental curries and exquisite desserts. The hotel will be filled with autumn decorations, warm colors, and a cozy atmosphere, creating the perfect setting for a family getaway and a celebration of seasonal flavors.

30 October – 1 November 2026 | Old Polish Cuisine Weekend

Step into the world of traditional Polish culinary heritage. The menu will feature dishes prepared according to old Polish recipes – aromatic roast goose, long-matured bigos, traditional baked dishes, and regional specialties inspired by the cuisine of our ancestors. The evenings will be accompanied by liqueur tastings and stories about old culinary traditions. A unique weekend full of flavors, history, and Polish hospitality.
